Martina Szopek and Vaios Papaspyros on the use of AI to protect species

Martina Szopek is researcher at the Institute of Biology of the University of Graz, Austria. She describes her work towards the creation of a hybrid society of animals and robots to better understand and protect endangered species.

Vaios Papaspyros is researcher at the Robotic Systems Laboratory at the École Polytechnique fédérale in Lausanne, Switzerland. In this video he talks about his research, which uses artificial intelligence to develop mathematical models describing how fish behave.
