Analysing behaviour at a global scale using computational topology
The project aimed to enrich the study of the dynamics behind multi-scale complex systems using computational topology. It is based on algebraic topology and was adapted and extended into a more algorithmic form. This has been combined the following research areas: category theory, statistics, and dynamical systems and were implemented onto two datasets – robot configuration spaces and social media.
