M-ONE

Developing MRI coils that give more homogeneous brain images

The aim of this Transition-to-Innovation Activities project is to introduce an innovative and marketable MRI coil made out of metamaterials. This was based on the previous project, M-CUBE. The coils will be used for ultra-high field (UHF) MRI brain imaging at 7 Tesla to give homogenous images, a problem frequently observed in MRI imaging.
