Super-resolution systems microscopy to assess pluripotency and differentiation of stem cells at single cell level

CellViewer aims at building a high-throughput microscopy to visualise single live cells at the DNA, RNA, and protein levels. The developed technology consists in a high-throughput super-resolution (SR) automated microscope, to collect at high-resolution a large amount of spatial and dynamic information in single cells.
